The moulding process for baby and child hands and feet only takes a few minutes. But it’s important for them not to move.
So that they are relaxed during the process , it's best for this to be done just after feeding time if possible, when they are really sleepy.
Mum or dad can nurse them while we or you dip the hand or foot into a container of moulding gel.
The gel is a very safe product that is also used by dentists.
